Weather Notifier Agent is an autonomous AI agent that fetches live
weather data, decides when to notify the user, and iteratively improves
its own decisions through a feedback loop. Built on the
OpenClaw agent
runtime.

Notes
The agent is designed around a simple but powerful pattern: perceive →
decide → act → reflect. Instead of a hard-coded rule ("send an alert if
rain > 5mm"), the agent reasons about the user's context and learns from
its own past notifications — flagging alerts that turned out useful and
pruning the ones that were noise. That self-improvement loop is what
makes it more than a cron job: the longer it runs, the better it gets at
predicting which weather changes actually deserve a ping.
This is my first serious exploration of agentic workflows, where an LLM
isn't just a chatbot but an autonomous worker driving a real process.
